  • Can I collect my order from you myself?

    YES. You must ring to arrange. Just to check that we have your items in stock & on site. 

    Whilst we keep large stocks, we don't have infinite numbers and they may be warehoused at several premises or need a fork-lift to pick. This way it will save any waiting or disappointment when you arrive and give us time to pick and prepare your order.


    After speaking to us, you should still place your order on the site to secure your items and get the discounted online prices. We'll tell you how when you telephone us on 0161 241 0553


    There is a £20 minimum order for free collections. We can't have queues out of the door for small orders, so there are surcharges in place for orders with a subtotal under £20. We hope you understand.

  • Can I have my order delivered next day?

    We use Next Day Courier Service as Standard for all orders over £10 (this excludes pipe lengths over 2m). If you order before 1:00pm You will most likely receive your package the next working day.

    However, we cannot guarantee that it will arrive with you the very next day, it is out of our hands once it has left our distribution centre.


    Pipe lengths over 2m require special carriage and are subject to special shipping costs and slightly extended delivery times. Large length pipe deliveries will usually be 1-2 working days, but we will confirm a delivery date with you on receipt of your order.

  • Do you offer discounts for Trade Customers?

    Our prices are trade prices and already have huge discounts of up to 70% applied against the manufacturer's list prices, to enable you to quote competitively.  


    However, we will always work with our clients to help meet your requirements. Dependant on your spend and relationship with us, we may offer discounts and offers at our discretion. So please feel free to speak with us to see what we can offer you.


    Be sure to make your orders with the same email, so we can identify you and see your orders with us.


    Keep the lines of communication open. Be sure to join our mailing list by ticking the box at checkout, otherwise we can't email you about any special offers and keep you informed of any upcoming changes.

  • What do you charge for delivery?

    FREE FOR ALL ORDERS OVER £500 

    Orders under £500 will be charged as below

    £100-£200 = £12.50

    £12.50 for 1 Metre Pipe Lengths.

    £22.50 for 2 Metre lengths of Pipe

    £25.00 for anything above 2 Metres 


    Prices shown are the base prices and true costs are calculated at the checkout based on weight and quantity.  

    Don't be fooled by cheaper delivery costs:  To get delivery cheaper we would have to inflate product prices, but then you'd be paying for delivery multiple times with every item in your order. Some others in the pipe industry do this, but we believe in being honest with our customers.

  • Do you ship worldwide?

    Currently we only deal with orders that ship to UK addresses. 


    We will be looking into expanding our services to overseas customers in the near future.


  • Can you leave my order outside if I'm not there?

    No. We send everything tracked, if there's nobody to sign when receiving the package it can't be left outside.  If you're receiving at a residential address perhaps a neighbour can sign on your behalf.

    If you have any special notes for the courier / delivery driver, you can add them to your order. You can always give us a call to discuss special delivery requirements.

  • How do I get a VAT invoice?

    A VAT invoice is provided at the time of purchase and is attached to the order confirmation e-mail.  If you are purchasing on behalf of a company, you can forward this email to your finance department.


    You may also log in to see all VAT invoices.  

    • Use the email addess that you used to make the purchase to sign in to our website.

    • A log in link will be sent to that address, just click it and you will be logged in to your account.  

    • Once logged in you can view all invoices for all your previous purchases.

  • Why have I only received part of my order?

    Simple answer: Pipe

    Pipe over 2m will need specialist carriage and this has to be arranged separately.  We will dispatch all other items from our warehouse with a national courier or on our own vehicles.  


    We try to arrange delivery of all parts of the order on the same day, however we can't guarantee the same time.

  • How do I track my order?

    You will receive email updates on the fulfilment status as we process your order.  When your order has shipped you will receive an email with courier tracking details.


    If you don't have this for any reason or want to see invoices for all your orders, then on any of the cart pages, there's a little icon nearer the bottom of the page "Track My Order".  If you click this and enter the email you used to place the order we will send you a link to log you in, where you can view order statuses and see all your invoices from previous orders.

  • Do your prices include VAT?

    NO. All product prices shown on our site are exclusive of VAT.

    If you're in the trade, you can claim this back - we show how much VAT has been added for this purpose at checkout & on your VAT receipt (which you'll receive with your order confirmation.  If you're not in the trade, well, you're still getting great wholesale prices with a little VAT added.  Where else would you not pay VAT?

  • Are My Details Safe?

    We 've partnered with PayPal & Stripe to handle our online transactions, both of which are trusted by millions of shoppers everyday.  Your payment details are never shared with us.  Any details you share directly with us, such as your delivery address and contact details are encrypted and protected by TLS.  We never sell your details to anyone and will use them only for legitimate business purposes. We've recently received an 'A' rating for our site security.

  • Is there a minimum order value?

    Fittings, Valves & Accessories: No, but if you spend less than £10, we will send on 2-3 day service only.

    Because our products are so competitively priced, this is our way of making a profit from a small order. Otherwise, It is not viable for us to deal with orders for smaller values as it costs more to package, process & send.


    Pipe Lengths: No.

    It really isn't viable for us to send out large lorries for 1 pipe length of low value, this is why you see the true shipping costs. We don't hide shipping costs by inflating product prices, otherwise you'd be paying for shipping multiple times if your order is for a greater number of pipe lengths.


  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major credit & debit cards. We also accept PayPal payments if you prefer.

  • Do you offer Credit?

    We do not offer credit facilities or account through our website.  We do accept all major credit cards enabling you to spread the cost of your purchase. We also accept PayPal credit, which is currently 0% over 4 months. You'll need a credit account with PayPal to use this feature.  


    We may be able to arrange a credit facility for you, if your estimated annual spend is over £5000. You can apply by telephoning our head office, 0161 241 0553.  Any offer of a credit facility is solely at our discretion. Any application for credit facilty is subject to credit checks and an annual spend of over £5000 must be maintained.


  • How do I return all or part of my order?

    You can contact us either by phone, email or our online form to let us know of your intention.


    Important Notes: 

    • We do not pay for return delivery of goods. This cost is the responsibility of the customer.

    • There may be a restocking charge to cover us for costs that we have already incurred whilst fulfilling your order.

    • We do not accept returns on 1 & 2 Metre lengths of pipe.  We have had to cut a commercial length to provide this service to you. Elsewhere you would have had to buy the full length. 

  • I ordered 1" inch pipe, why is it bigger than 1"?

    Unfortunately, you've made the mistake that many others also make, caused by the way imperial pipe and fittings are measured and referenced. 

    When measuring imperial pipe and fittings; reference is made to the "Nominal Bore" of the pipe not the outer diameter of pipe. Here is an article that may explain a little better; Imperial vs Metric
